Data Protection

The protection of your personal data is of particular importance to me. I therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal provisions in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation – DSGVO (Regulation (EU) 2016/679). In the following, you will find the most important aspects of data processing within the scope of my website.

Contacting me

If you contact me by e-mail via praxis@findways.at or via the contact form, the data you provide will be stored for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions; no IP addresses will be recorded. I do not pass on this data without your consent. I regularly check whether further storage of the data is necessary and remove your data from the database if no further contact has been made in the meantime. If a cooperation between you and me develops, I will inform you again about the handling of your personal data.

Right of revocation

You have the option at any time to object to the collection, processing and use of your data and/or to revoke your consent to the collection, processing and forwarding of your personal data with effect for the future. Data for billing and accounting purposes are not affected by this.

Your rights

You are generally entitled to the rights of information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or that your data protection rights have been violated in any other way, you can complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the data protection authority.
